Main reasons for your recommendation/non-recommendation:
The menopause is natural change to
women and that isn’t avoidable.
1. Intro
The menopause is a
natural life change, not a disease state or a disorder. This is just a natural phenomenon according to aging.
The most typical age range for menopause is between 40 and 50
and the average age for last period is about 48 years. It can be artificially
leaded through an operative removal of the ovary and so on.
2. Causes
The ovary performs its duties for about 35 years. The
menopause is the result from lowering of the ovary’s function.
During the menopause, the ovary produces less estrogen progesterone hormones.
That affects other organs.
Surgery that removes both your uterus and your ovaries does
cause menopause, without any transitional phase. (But a partial hysterectomy
that removes your uterus but not your ovaries usually doesn’t
cause immediate menopause.)
About 1 percent of women experience menopause before age 40.
This is called premature menopause. For these women, hormones therapy is typically
recommended at least until the natural age of menopause in order to protect the
brain, heart and bones.
3. Symptoms
In the months or years
leading up to menopause, you might experience these signs and symptoms. :
·
Irregular periods
·
Vaginal dryness
·
Hot flashes
·
Night sweats
·
Sleep problems
·
Mood changes
·
Weight gain and slowed
metabolism
·
Thinning hair and dry
skin
·
Loss of breast fullness
4. Treatment & Prevention
Menopause requires no medical
treatment. Instead, treatments focus on relieving your signs and symptoms and
preventing or managing chronic conditions that may occur with aging.
Estrogen therapy remains, by far,
the most effective treatment option for relieving menopausal hot flashes.
Fortunately, many of the
signs and symptoms associated with menopause are temporary. Take these steps to
help reduce or prevent their effects.
Cool hot flashes through
dressing in layers, having a cold glass of water or going somewhere cooler. Getting
enough sleep, eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly are helpful.
5. Opinion
Be
nice to mother:)
My mother is menopausal for few years. That’s
why I interested in this topic, menopause. Like my mother, maybe many of your
mothers are menopausal too. So I want to know about menopause with you. I think
that if we know about mother’s trouble, then we can understand mothers better. I hope you to be nice to mother after reading this.
